Community Health Services

From April 1st 2011, NHS Community Health Services in Southwark and Lambeth (that were previously part of Southwark PCT & Lambeth PCT) have joined Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.  More information about these services can be found on the Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust website.
