GP Balanced Scorecard

NHS Southwark have produced the February 2011 version of our Balanced Performance Scorecard that lets you know how your practice is performing in a number of key areas. The information in the balanced scorecard demonstrates how well the practice has done recently on a number of key measures and is scored using a traffic light system.

It is important to note that the Advanced Booking and Telehone Access indicators are based on the results from  the Patient Survey and it may be that patients who completed the survey were not aware of what your practice is offering in terms of actual appointments and telephone access.
