General Practitioners
The first step in seeking help for a drug and alcohol problem should be your GP. In many cases the problem can be managed by the GP and other specialist staff within the General Practice. Where this is not possible,  your doctor will refer you on to another service.

Specialist Services
If you do not have a GP you should contact one of the services below. Each one deals with a particular area of drug or alcohol misuse. They will talk to you about your problem and work with you to develop a plan of action to address it.
