In-patient and Residential Rehabilitation Services

Referral to in-patient and residential rehabilitation services must always be considered within the context of a structured care plan rather than as a stand-alone, 'quick fix' intervention.

In consequence, referrors will be expected to fully explain the strategic thinking behind the referral as well as indicate what measures will be in place to support the client on completion of treatment.
