GP walk in centre

Most GP practices in Southwark open either early in the morning, early evening or at weekends.  If you are having difficulty getting an appointment with your GP, please contact our PALS Team.  It is always best to go to your own GP as they know your medical history and will be able to assess your immediate needs as well as refer you into a specialist service, such as outpatients, if necessary.  However if you do need to use the walk in centre, you can just walk in.   

The Lister walk in centre is open from 8am - 8pm everyday including weekends and bank holidays.

A wide range of service available including:

• examinations and treatment
• advice on health problems
• prescriptions for medicines
• muscular aches and sprains
• mental health issues
• contraceptive services
• stopping smoking
• minor ailments

Available to everyone whether you’re registered with a GP or not.
