Freedom of Information logoThe Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) gives a general right of access to all types of recorded information held by public authorities. It gives the public the right to be told whether the information exists and the right to receive the information.

FOIA also sets out exemptions from that right and places a number of obligations on public authorities and will be enforced by the Information Commissioner

Looking for information about the PCT

Follow this guide to making a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. We will acknowledge your request within 2 days and respond fully within 20 working days.

 

Looking for medical or personal records

Follow this guide to get copies of medical or other personal records held by Southwark PCT. We will acknowledge your request within 2 days and respond fully within 21 days.  

 

Looking for social services records

Contact your social worker initially or send your request to accessinfo@southwark.gov.uk and it will be forwarded to the correct team.
