PALS aim is to:

  • Use patients comments to improve services
  • Provide accurate information about local health and adult social care services
  • Help to sort out issues that are of concern to you
  • Help you to get the best out of your local health and adult social care services
  • Support people to get involved in the provision and development of our services

PALS will:

  • Be open and accessible to everyone
  • Resolve concerns quickly
  • Treat everyone with respect and senstivity
  • Offer a confidential service
  • Be responsive to your views

PALS will discuss the options available to you if you have concerns about the services you have received and will support you to resolve those concerns.
